Refund Policy

At Pourfection Decor, all items are handcrafted and made with care. Because many of our products are custom-made or produced in small batches, all sales are final.

Refunds or replacements will only be considered under the following circumstances:

• The item arrived damaged during delivery
• An incorrect item was sent
• There was an error on our part

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and must include clear photos of the packaging and item received.

Once a claim is reviewed and approved, Pourfection Decor may offer:

• A replacement item
• Store credit
• A partial or full refund at our discretion

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Change of mind
• Color variations or minor imperfections due to handmade nature
• Improper use or care
• Delays caused by shipping carriers
