Cancellation and Custom Order Policy
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not yet begun.
Once production has started, orders cannot be canceled.
Pourfection Decor reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
• Pricing errors
• Product availability
• Fraud concerns
In such cases, customers will be notified and refunded accordingly.
Custom Order Policy
Custom or personalized orders require special handling and production. Once work begins on a custom item, the order becomes final sale and cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.
Customers are responsible for approving all design details before production begins.
Pourfection Decor is not responsible for errors once customer approval has been given.
